In 2021, Mallory earned her Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) designation from the American Meteorological Society. He joined the WINK-TV team based in Fort Myers, Florida, in February 2016. Previously, he worked at WSAV-TV in Savannah, Georgia as a meteorologist from July 2012 to February 2016. She enjoys forecasting the complexities of winter weather but is looking forward to putting the snow shovel away! Post-grad, she participated in a two-week program studying climate change in Iceland.ĭuring her first six years as a broadcast meteorologist, Mallory has covered everything from blizzards to tornadoes and tropical storms to flooding. During her time at WKU, she spent a semester abroad in England and a summer storm chasing in the Great Plains. Juliana Mejia is an American Broadcast meteorologist currently serving as a weather reporter, producer and anchor for KCCI 8 News based in Des Moines, Iowa. Mallory joined the KOLD News 13 team April 2022 after spending three years forecasting in the Central Plains.
